These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS / text messaging program (“Program”) of Little Elm Physical Rehab Center (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you expressly agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Enrollment & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the provided opt-in checkbox (or otherwise indicating consent), you agree to receive SMS messages from us.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide and that you have permission to receive SMS messages at that number.

2. Types of Messages

We may send you various SMS messages, including but not limited to:

Appointment reminders

Health & wellness tips

Promotional offers and updates

Alerts or notifications related to services

3. Message Frequency & Timing

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us (e.g. appointments, promotions).

We will make reasonable efforts to send messages during appropriate hours, e.g. between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (local time).

4. Costs & Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you standard message or data fees.

We do not cover or reimburse your carrier’s charges.

5. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP (in a reply text) to any SMS message we send you. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent (unless you re-subscribe).

We will respond with information about how to get help or further contact details.

7. Disclaimer & Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or issues caused by third-party carriers.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to enroll, or otherwise have parental or legal consent.

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program or these SMS Terms at any time.

If we materially change these Terms, we will provide notice (e.g. via SMS or email). Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
