Our Rehab team helps the young athletes in our community to heal faster from sports injuries, advises on injury prevention, and promotes a safe return to sports. We perform posture, gait, and running analysis for the athletes as appropriate. Running injuries are very common in athletes and our therapist will help you identify the cause(s) of injury if any.

- Type of movement
- Speed of movement
- Muscles involved in the movement
- Increasing workload (Repetitions, weights, sets, order of exercises, rest time)
- Progressive overload (Simple to complex exercises)
